I have been to this restaurant for the weekend brunch many times. The views are stunning, the food is quite authentic, and the service is very good. Definitely a unique experience in Puerto Vallarta. Uber and taxis can take you there and I believe the restaurant will call a taxi for you when you are ready to leave.

Just FYI, locals mostly refer to this restaurant as "Canopy River" rather than Los Coapinoles.

Went here during a recent vacation for the canopy river mountain adventures and they had this amazing restaurant overlooking a magnificent view of the mountains. This place is amazing as well as their authentic mexican food. All the staff are very friendly and very accommodating with good food recommendations. Would highly recommend this restaurant and canopy river's thrilling lists of adventures to whoever gets the chance to go to Puerto Vallarta. Would definitely go back again in the future. It does not disappoint.
